Refund policy
At Marty Lynn, we encourage customers to carefully consider sizing before purchasing. Please reference our size charts for detailed garment measurements and fit advice. Photos of our sweaters in every size, modeled by individuals, are available to help you choose the best fit.
Returns for Canadian and U.S. Orders
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days from receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at jill@martylynn.com, and we’ll provide further instructions.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or there is another agreed-upon circumstance.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take time to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at jill@martylynn.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
