The Providence Lane Alpaca T-Shirt is a soft, boatneck knit tee made-to-order in collaboration with Tara of Providence Lane Homestead, an animal welfare-approved farm dedicated to regenerative fibre and land conservation. Spun from undyed alpaca raised on her farm, the yarn returned from a new local mill with tiny slubs that inspired the design. Rather than work around them, I leaned in, embracing the texture and celebrating the unique character of local fibre. This piece reflects the spirit of a growing regional textile economy, where collaboration, adaptability, and traceability shape what we make. Each tee is handcrafted in my rural Alberta studio and finished without dyes or synthetic blends - a true farm-to-closet piece.
